What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Store?

Our system will calculate the closest shipping charges based on the DELIVERY address you supply during checkout. If there’s any balance owed, one of our representatives will contact you to arrange payment. If there’s any balance on your favour, it will be refunded to the same payment method you used during checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?

We accept bank wire, PayPal and all major credit cards.

How long will delivery take?

For in-stock items, order will be handled to the delivery company within 24-48h of placing it. For back-ordered items, times may vary. Please contact us for more details, including your order number. Once on the delivery company, we don’t have control over transit times, customs delays, etc.

How secure is shopping in the Online Store? Is my data protected?

We use the most modern technologies for data cyphering and SSL transactions during the whole checkout process. We don’t store any financial data from our customers, neither online nor offline. You can buy with us with full confidence!

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order starts preparation based on its stock availability, from Mo to Fri during normal office hours. You can check the current order status on MY ACCOUNT section on the header of the website. If you need a specific update of your order, you can always contact us on the form on the right.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We love trees, so we don’t print the invoices on paper! Once the order has left our warehouse, you have the chance to download your order invoice from MY ACCOUNT section on the header of the website.
